Fab Speed

Key partner with the Ownership Group in strengthening the organizational effectiveness of the Revenue Division in preparation for sales acceleration. In this role, took lead responsibility for process improvement, data and information systems performance, and the training and development of core staff.  Provided ongoing management and oversight of Division-wide operational priorities, including the calendar of major events, outreach and solicitation campaigns, process improvement projects, and all digital marketing and transformation.

Cobbs Creek

Co-founded and spearheaded a nonprofit start-up for $60M restoration of Philadelphia's landmark Cobbs Creek Golf Course. Established nonprofit, recruited a board of renowned community influencers, and raised first $20M+ by cultivating a network of significant leaders in Philadelphia and beyond.

Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia

Designed, planned and lead the initiative of a new Boys and Girls Club Campus incorporating public and private partnerships in collaboration with the community, school district and other stakeholders.  Recruited and managed the construction, marketing and development teams of a $12M+ project.

Engine Room

Serve as Chief Revenue Officer and oversee the Division’s Revenue Goals, information systems and processes, ensuring both standard and best-practices in data management, reporting, compliance, and overall system effectiveness. Supervise data entry and data integrity staffing, including outside vendors and consultants.  Developed an Organization-wide marketing and prospect management process and system; supervise and oversee the role of sales development.  Working with the President, create an annual operating plan for the Division, including functional goals and objectives, core strategies, resource requirements, and measurable outcomes. Monitor progress against plan and lead the Division’s discussion of innovations and changes to respond to challenges and opportunities in achieving plan goals.
